Each course consists of a number of units listed in the Coure Details section. Each unit has course notes, self-checks and assignments that you will study at your own pace. Once your final task has been graded by your tutor you will be eligible for certification.

The TESOL PLUS has approximately 120 hours of work in the course and consists of five units, each of which contains multiple modules. The CELTO has approximately 40 hours of work in the course and consists of ten units.

The 120 hour TESOL PLUS course is more comprehensive and provides a sound introduction to TESOL and prepare you for teaching both online or in class. It also includes units on teaching English to young learners and teaching English online. Numerous schools now require a minimum 120 hour certification.
